What is the standard service call fee?

The standard dispatch/call-out fee is $55 and is waived when work is performed.

How much does troubleshooting cost?

Diagnostic pricing starts at $165 and uses additional levels at $265, $365, $525 and $795 depending on complexity and the amount of troubleshooting required.

Do you take emergency calls?

Yes. Dr. Electrical Services maintains a 24/7 emergency line. Weekend emergency availability starts at $199; after-hours/holiday availability starts at $299, with diagnosis/repair additional unless quoted otherwise.

Do you work on commercial properties?

The company is focused on residential electrical work and is licensed as a Washington Residential Electrical Contractor (02).

Can I text photos before the appointment?

Yes. Text 360-854-8345 with photos of the panel, device, fixture or problem area when it helps explain the job.

Do you install EV chargers?

Yes. Residential EV charger circuits and charging equipment installation are offered, subject to panel capacity and site requirements.

Do you install generators?

Yes. Dr. Electrical Services handles portable generator inlet/interlock work and standby-generator electrical installation options.

Do you pull permits?

Where permits are required for the electrical scope, permit and inspection requirements are included or identified in the written scope/estimate.

Can I pay by card?

Card payments are accepted through Square. Dr. Electrical Services does not add a card surcharge.

Is an online request a confirmed appointment?

No. The website form sends a service request. The appointment is confirmed only after Dr. Electrical Services accepts the date/time.
