What we diagnose
Breaker trips, dead circuits, intermittent power, failed GFCIs, flickering/dimming, unusual buzzing, overheating devices and other residential electrical symptoms.
How diagnosis works
Troubleshooting starts with a defined diagnostic level. We test and trace the system, explain what we find and then quote the corrective work before additional repair proceeds.
When to call immediately
Burning smells, smoke, sparking, hot electrical equipment or a panel making unusual sounds should be treated as urgent. If there is active fire, call 911 first.
What to send before the visit
- Photos of the panel label and breakers when relevant
- Photos of the device, fixture or equipment involved
- A short description of when the problem started and whether it is intermittent
- Any recent changes, new appliances or other work that happened before the issue
